1. General Provisions
1.1. Refunds are processed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. Refund Conditions
2.1. A refund is possible if the item is returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
2.2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and must retain its marketable condition.
2.3. The customer must provide proof of purchase (a receipt or other supporting document).
3. Refund Procedure
3.1. To initiate a refund, the customer must contact the online stores support team via email or phone or fill out the return form below. (Add return form on the same page, usually customers’ checks refund policy when they want to return it, so placing it here would be useful).
3.2. After receiving the request, a representative of the online store will provide detailed instructions and the return address.
3.3. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the moment the returned item is received and verified for compliance with the refund conditions.
3.4. The refund will be issued using the same payment method and bank account that was used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Return Costs
4.1. If the return is due to an error on the part of the online store (e.g., a wrong item was sent or the product is defective), the return shipping cost will be covered by the store.
4.2. If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to the quality or accuracy of the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Transaction Cancellation
5.1. The customer has the right to cancel the transaction before the item is shipped by contacting the online store’s support service.
5.2. In case the transaction is canceled after the item has been shipped, a refund is only possible after the item is returned in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 2.
